When you request beta access, we collect what you submit in the application:

• your email address
• your description of the idea you're working on
• which decision you told us you're trying to make
• the time the application was submitted

If you arrive through a campaign link, the application may also record basic context about how you found us — campaign parameters from the link and the referring page, when your browser provides them.

The marketing site does not run analytics scripts and does not set tracking cookies.

Requesting beta access does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails.

Beta application data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database service. Service providers like this process data on our behalf so that Litmus Lab can operate.

We keep application data only as long as reasonably necessary to review applications, manage the private beta, understand product fit, and meet applicable legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information. It may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Litmus Lab, or when required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to restrict certain processing, or to object to certain uses.
