Private Beta Terms.
Simple terms for using Litmus Lab during private beta.
01About these terms
These terms apply to requesting access to, and using, Litmus Lab while it is in private beta. By applying for or using the beta, you agree to them.
02Beta access
Submitting an application does not guarantee access. Invitations may be limited, paused, or withdrawn as the beta develops.
03An experimental product
Litmus Lab is under active development. Features may change, be added, be removed, or behave unexpectedly during the beta.
04Decisions remain yours
Litmus Lab may provide research, analysis, experiments, generated materials, evidence summaries, scores, and recommendations. These are inputs to your judgment — not guarantees.
Litmus Lab does not guarantee market demand, business success, revenue, investment outcomes, product-market fit, or perfect accuracy.
Litmus recommends. The founder decides.
05Your ideas and content
You remain responsible for the ideas and materials you submit, and you should only submit content you have the right to use. These terms do not transfer ownership of your startup idea to Litmus Lab.
06Acceptable use
Don’t use Litmus Lab to:
- do anything illegal
- violate someone else's rights
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
- disrupt or degrade the service
- introduce malicious code
- send automated spam or otherwise abuse the service
07Third-party services
Litmus Lab relies on third-party infrastructure and services to operate. Their availability and behavior are outside our full control.
08Availability
We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability during the private beta.
09No professional advice
Litmus Lab is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. For those questions, consult a qualified professional.
10Changes
These terms may evolve as the beta develops. When they change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
